RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to limited inventory. But, if there is an issue with your order, please make sure to email hello@dressean.com within 3 days of delivery to fix any issues & concerns.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Order Processing and Shipping Timeframe:
Orders typically ship within few hours. However, during major launches or restocks, please allow up to 2-3 business days for processing.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within a limited time window (within 1 hour) after placement. Once an order progresses to the dispatching stage, cancellations may not be feasible. Please ensure accuracy in size, color, and address before completing your order. Cancellations are not permitted at this time.
Cancellation Process
To cancel an order, contact our customer support at hello@dressean.com. We endeavor to accommodate cancellation requests within the stipulated timeframe.
Refund for Canceled Orders
Orders cancelled within the time frame (one hour) will be eligible for a full refund.
Order Tracking
Upon placing an order, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information. Please allow a few hours for tracking information to update.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Address Verification:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout. Dressean is not accountable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Address Correction:
Promptly contact customer support to request an address correction prior to shipment.
Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned as undeliverable due to incorrect addresses may incur reshipping fees or other associated costs.
